What the heck is Club Thembo?
Club Thembo was started by three genderqueer people who decided they wanted cool hats. They made cool hats and wore them around a lot. Other people thought the hats were cool, too, and asked them where they got such cool hats. As one of these three queers is about to embark on a big step in their gender fuckery journey, Club Thembo decided to release these hats for sale to help support them.
When can I expect my hat?
Most items are made to order and may take up to two weeks to ship. Items marked in stock will ship in 1-2 business days. Most orders will ship USPS Priority mail and will take up to 7 business days to deliver in the lower 48 United States, other locations will vary.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We can ship just about anywhere. Please contact us for more information!
I think my item was lost in the mail?!
Once we entrust any items to USPS, they are, unfortunately, out of our hands, literally. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Can I return my hat?
All sales are final. If you are unsure if your hat will fit or have any other questions, please reach out prior to ordering. If you find your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us, and we will do what we can to make it right.
You said buying this hat is going to a good cause! Is it tax deductible?
No, not at all. However, we recommend wearing your hat when meeting with any tax preparation professionals, as they will find you incredibly attractive.
